We repair all Windows computers but we'll also give you our honest advice if your old machine is a write off.

Applications
MICROSOFT 365
Formerly called Office, Microsoft 365 is the new way to access all of your classic office applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint etc.
MS365 is an annual subscription and is Cloud based, which means that the applications and your files are saved online, and therefore accessible from any internet connected computer you choose to log into. You subscription also comes with a substantial amount of free Cloud storage.
Security
ANTI-VIRUS SECURITY & PROTECTION
We recommend and manage ESET Anti-virus for the safety of our clients’ computers. It’s effective without clogging up your computer and is cost effective. We manage licensing in house; emailing clients annually to confirm the renewal then carrying this out remotely.
Viruses and scams are rife as always so you need to be extra vigilant. Talk to us today about keeping your computer safe and virus free. We can also offer advice on what email links and dangers to look out for – but in general, if in doubt don’t click or open – just DELETE!
Remote Assistance
LOCATION IS NEVER AN ISSUE
Our clients are Waikato Wide. Largely gone are the days when you are required to bring your Computer Hardware in to install, update and configure your computer software and security. In 80% of cases, we have the ability to access your computer remotely and sort any issues and updates required.
We use an application called Teamviewer to access your computer remotely with your permission. If you have purchased your computer through us you will find it on your desktop. Otherwise you can download it here.
Training
HAPPY TO ASSIST
Not everyone is a computer whiz. Quite often our clients need a little bit of help with a particular function or would like to change a particular setting. We want you to get the most out of your computer and are happy to help with a bit of training where necessary.
